Changing your language preference
Visit Account → Preferences → Language to switch. The change applies to all future RCS, WhatsApp, SMS and email notifications within 5 minutes.
Requesting a new language
We add languages based on buyer demand. To request support for an additional Indian language, email support@businezkart.comwith the language name and your typical sourcing categories.
Translation accuracy
Automated messages are professionally translated and reviewed by native speakers. Free-form messages from suppliers are delivered as-typed and may be in a different language than your preference.
