1. Services
Most listings on BusinessKart are services — logistics, compliance, manpower, marketing and so on. Delivery timelines are set by the supplier and confirmed in their quote. Typical ranges:
- Same-day services (water tanker, courier, electrician): 60 min – 6 hours.
- Project work (compliance filings, marketing campaigns): 2 – 30 days.
- Recurring services (housekeeping, AMC): as per the agreed schedule.
2. Physical goods (office supplies, equipment)
- Delivered directly by the supplier, not by BusinessKart.
- Typical metro delivery: 1–3 business days. Tier-2/3 cities: 3–7 business days.
- Shipping charges, GST and packaging fees are specified in the supplier's quote.
- Risk passes to the buyer on delivery and acknowledgement of receipt.
3. Tracking
Suppliers provide tracking details (vehicle number, courier AWB or technician ETA) directly on call, WhatsApp or email. BusinessKart does not centrally track shipments.
4. Delays
Delays caused by force majeure (weather, strikes, regulatory action) are not the supplier's or BusinessKart's liability. If a supplier repeatedly misses committed timelines, report it from your dashboard — we will investigate and may remove them from the network.
5. Acceptance and rejection
Inspect goods and services on delivery. Report damage or shortfall within 24 hours to the supplier and copy support@businezkart.com.
