1. Scope
This policy covers fees paid directly to BusinessKart Technologies Pvt. Ltd. — including supplier subscriptions, lead credits and premium listings. It does not cover payments made directly to a third-party supplier; those are governed by the contract between you and that supplier.
2. Buyer fees
Posting requirements is free for buyers. There is nothing to refund.
3. Supplier subscriptions
- Monthly plans — cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds.
- Annual plans — eligible for a pro-rated refund within 14 days of the first payment, less the value of any leads consumed.
- Lead credits — non-refundable once a lead's contact details are revealed.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription from the supplier dashboard or by writing to billing@businezkart.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Refund process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Bank or gateway fees deducted at the time of payment are non-recoverable.
6. Disputes
If you disagree with a charge, raise a dispute within 30 days at billing@businezkart.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
