BusinessKart ("we", "us", "our") operates the website businezkart.com — a B2B marketplace that connects Indian buyers with verified service suppliers. This page is maintained by BusinessKart to answer common privacy questions.

• Account data: name, email, phone, password (hashed), company name and GSTIN when provided.
• Requirement data: the service category, description, budget, location and any attachments you submit.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, IP address, and referring source.

We collect personal details like your name, email address, and phone number etc. By sharing your information, you authorize BusinessKart to contact you via SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Email, and other communication channels. This consent overrides any NDNC/DND registration as per TRAI regulations.

• To route your requirement to up to 5 relevant verified suppliers.
• To create and secure your account, and to communicate transactional updates.
• To verify suppliers (GSTIN, Udyam, address checks).
• To improve the platform, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
• With your consent, to send product updates and marketing communications.

We share data only with:

• Verified suppliers matched to your requirement (name, contact, requirement details).
• Service providers we use for hosting, analytics, email, payments and customer support — bound by data-processing agreements.
• Authorities when required by Indian law or a valid legal request.

We never sell your personal data.

We use first-party cookies for sessions and preferences, and limited third-party analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies via your browser. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Requirement data is retained for up to 24 months for dispute resolution and quality control. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

BusinessKart is intended for businesses and users 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
