1. How we collect your consent
You opt in to receive RCS messages from BusinessKart in any of the following ways:
- Ticking the “Send me quotes on RCS / WhatsApp” checkbox while posting a requirement on businezkart.com.
- Replying START or YES to a one-time verification message from our verified sender ID.
- Verbal confirmation during a callback from our sourcing team, logged against your account.
2. What messages you will receive
- Quotation updates from verified suppliers matched to your request.
- Order, payment and delivery notifications for transactions you initiate.
- Occasional service announcements relevant to your industry.
We do not send promotional spam, lottery offers or third-party advertising over RCS.
3. Frequency and charges
Typical volume is 4–12 messages per active sourcing request. RCS messages are delivered over data and are free to receive on most Indian mobile plans.
4. How to opt out
You can withdraw consent at any time, free of charge, by:
- Replying STOP to any RCS message from BusinessKart.
- Toggling off “Allow RCS / WhatsApp updates” in your account settings.
- Emailing privacy@businezkart.com with the subject line “Opt out – RCS”.
Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours.
5. Privacy
Messaging data is handled under our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your number with third-party advertisers.
