1. Who can use the platform
Anyone above 18 years of age may browse listings. To post a buying requirement, save services or message suppliers, you must create a verified account using a working email and Indian mobile number.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the platform only for genuine B2B sourcing or supply.
- Do not scrape, mirror or republish supplier data without written consent.
- Do not post misleading specifications, fake reviews or spam messages.
- Do not attempt to bypass quotation flows to defraud suppliers or buyers.
3. Content you submit
You retain ownership of requirements, photos and documents you upload. You grant BusinessKart a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and route them to relevant suppliers to fulfil your request.
4. Messaging and RCS
By opting in, you agree to receive transactional and quotation-related messages over SMS, WhatsApp, RCS or email. You can opt out anytime via the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP.
5. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice. Refer to our Terms & Conditions for the full process.
