These Terms govern your access to and use of businezkart.com (the "Platform") operated by BusinessKart. By creating an account, posting a requirement or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

We collect personal details like your name, email address, and phone number etc. By sharing your information, you authorize BusinessKart to contact you via SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Email, and other communication channels. This consent overrides any NDNC/DND registration as per TRAI regulations.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Suppliers must be a registered business entity in India.

BusinessKart is a discovery and matchmaking platform. We are not a party to any contract between a buyer and a supplier. We do not provide the underlying services, do not handle payments between parties, and do not guarantee any specific outcome.

• Provide accurate, current and complete information.
• Use the Platform only for lawful B2B purposes.
• Do not post misleading requirements, fake reviews or spam.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Hold valid GSTIN, Udyam/MSME registration and any category-specific licences.
• Respond to matched requirements professionally and within reasonable time.
• Deliver services as quoted and issue compliant tax invoices.
• Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws) where applicable.

Posting requirements is free for buyers. Suppliers may be charged subscription or lead fees as separately agreed. All fees are exclusive of applicable GST.

The Platform, including its design, code, content and trademarks, is owned by BusinessKart. You may not copy, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. See our Disclaimer for details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BusinessKart's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Platform is limited to ₹10,000 or the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months, whichever is higher. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profit, goodwill or data.

You agree to indemnify and hold BusinessKart harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, abuse other users or expose the Platform to legal risk. You may close your account at any time by writing to support@businezkart.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
